What differentiates AppNomu from other similar products?

Continuous improvement of the product with more new features like SMS filtering that helps block messages with violating words to be received

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the automatic syncing of the contact list from other resources through an API and I do like the support team who are more responsive to technical questions

What do you dislike most about this product?

Using the API of AppNomu to send messages can be expensive and also they do take more time approving sender ID

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is more easier to use the tool and I Would recommend the solution

What differentiates AppNomu from other similar products?

The new introduced Airtime feature is making the tool more unique in sending Airtime incentives to clients and the two ways SMS feature

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to receive messages from clients through 2-ways SMS right from the dashboard makes a good engagement with clients

What do you dislike most about this product?

I find it hard to access the logout feature as it appears hidden and they should fix this and make it more accessible

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend the tool for airtime incentives and the SMS

The great customer support from both the sales team and the technical team to make sure everything is perfect;y working fine

I like the automating of SMS and the ability to use the SMS links for clients to subscribe to SMS marketing

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not able to send messages to to all countries as it serves smaller market

One should consider the tool because is reliable enough
