When a shortlist of vendors has been created and it is time to have them demonstrate their LMS, there is a need for a consistent demo process to directly compare features. Use this demonstration script to:
- Lay out the course of the demo so that each vendor can demonstrate the same features – with room for showcasing unique elements as well.
- Specify scenarios for vendors to demonstrate functionality (e.g. for uploading content, maintaining company profiles, conducting expertise search, etc.)
A standard demonstration will simplify the process of selecting a LMS, and ensure you get all of the needed information from vendors in order to make the best selection for your organization.
