The Internal Communications Assessment Tool should be used in conjunction with McLean & Company's solution set, Optimize the Internal Communications Strategy.
The tool:
- Documents the current state of your internal communications strategy in the six communications categories.
- Provides an overall assessment of internal communications in the six communications categories, indicating low, moderate, and high areas of priority for improvement.
You will then use the assessment from this tool to complete the Internal Communications SWOT Analysis Template in order to develop your communications goals for the internal communications strategy.
