Senior managers must balance focusing on the people component of their role while juggling the many other priorities of running an organization. However, given the uncertain and unprecedented times in the world of work, senior managers must understand the important role they play in engaging employees and the significant impact that engaged employees have on the organization’s bottom line.

This research will help senior managers:

  • Understand the role of senior management relationships in improving engagement and its importance.
  • Rethink trust and openness and reframe their approach to improving both.
  • Implement the three I’s to strengthen senior management relationships: inform, interact, and involve.
  • Gain practical ideas about how to inform, interact, and involve from the point of view of a CEO, executive team, and department head.
