Allow participants to observe learning results by understanding their confidence in their ability to negotiate prior to and post-training. Use this self-assessment at the beginning of training and after the session is over to gauge:

  • The current confidence, skills, and knowledge of negotiations.
  • The comfort level with the topic and behavior change achieved after training.
