The Social Media Evangelist is responsible for managing the overall social technology voice of the organization. The incumbent will use their zeal and expertise in social technologies to assist with a variety of functions in the organization such as marketing, research and development, customer service, sales, and interdepartmental communication functions. The individual in this role is responsible for developing, procuring, and implementing social media and collaboration tools throughout the organization to create valuable organizational insights and meet business strategies and objectives.
