The Lead Capacity Planner/Analyst will optimize the computer operating environment by ensuring capacity purchased is appropriately sized and managed over its useful life. Responsibilities of this role will include:
- Establishing and managing the Enterprise Technologies capacity management program
- Evaluating performance of systems platforms and generating reports
- Working with operational personnel to determine optimum configuration
- Communicating with information specialists (IS) and business management to plan and implement a capacity management program.
The incumbent will report to the Manager of Global Operations and/or Networking.
