The Infrastructure Analyst manages a variety of analytical and technical assignments that provide problem diagnosis and solutions documentation, implementation, administration, support, and maintenance of a variety of hardware, software, and network products. The main duties of the Infrastructure Manager will be are providing operational support for existing infrastructure services and users and the development and deployment of new infrastructure services. The Infrastructure Analyst also acts as an internal consultant for other technical staff.
