The Human Resources (HR) Manager is responsible for providing leadership, oversight, and direction for all aspects of HR operations including labor relations, benefits and compensation, recruitment, HR planning, and employee training and development. This includes both the development, and implementation of strategic HR programs and policies, as well as day-to-day operational management.
