The Compensation Manager is responsible for the management of the company’s employee compensation process. This involves constructing, implementing, and overseeing the compensation program. To achieve this, the Compensation Manager analyses and evaluates the job market and devises a competitive salary structure for each position within the organization.  The Compensation Manager is also involved in employee compensation reviews and developing and administering benefits, bonus, and incentive programs for the organization.
