About Nadine Baziuk
Nadine Baziuk is a Senior Consulting Analyst with McLean & Company’s Organizational Effectiveness team. Her focus is on McLean & Company’s diagnostic tools, which include Employee Engagement, New Hire, and Employee Exit surveys. Nadine works with clients to analyze and identify meaningful insights from their survey data to help them improve their employee engagement and employee lifecycle practices.
Prior to joining Mclean & Company, Nadine worked at a large hospital in Toronto in the areas of recruitment and program management. Nadine led full-cycle recruitment for large volunteer intakes while supporting training, engagement, and recognition initiatives. Throughout her roles, Nadine led HR process improvement and worked closely with internal clients and community groups to identify and support onboarding and HR-related challenges.
Nadine earned a post-graduate certificate in Human Resources Management from George Brown College and a BA in Psychology from York University. She is currently completing a certificate in Change Management from Cornell University.
