A Senior HR Consulting Analyst at McLean & Company, Michelle Cooper brings a strong passion for HR and dedication to creating resources that will support clients in implementing initiatives that will positively impact their workforce and organizational culture.

With a background in Human Resources within the not-for-profit sector, Michelle’s areas of focus and expertise are talent acquisition, employee recognition, HR operations, and performance management.

Michelle holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Guelph and a postgraduate certificate in Human Resources Management from Seneca College in Toronto, Ontario. Michelle is currently working towards obtaining the Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation and is a member of the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA).
