About Matt Jacques

Matt Jacques is a Director of Application Development at McLean & Company. He has been working in IT with a focus on enabling HR departments and activities across multiple organizations since 2008.

As a former Solutions Architect and Software Developer, Matt has worked with all areas of HR including payroll, time & attendance, learning & development, performance management, talent management, and workforce planning. His experience bringing appropriately scalable solutions for 10 to 100,000+ users using both internal and vendor applications has helped him create a deep understanding of the challenges McLean & Company members face. Matt prides himself on working effectively with multiple stakeholders across several concurrent projects, backed by what he frequently refers to as “the best IT department he’s ever had the pleasure to be a part of.”

Matt earned his BSc degree specializing in Computer Science from Western University.
