As the Director of Digital Learning & Instructional Design at McLean & Company, Grant brings his wealth of operational and organizational learning experience to our digital learning ecosystem. He specializes in creating accessible, responsive, and right-sized learning solutions that leverage multiple approaches seamlessly to create a cohesive and social digital learning product that meets the needs of today’s organizations.
Grant brings well over ten years of learning and development experience to the table. Before joining McLean & Company he worked in various industries including government, finance, education, and healthcare. Balancing the need for both digital and in-person learning experiences, he has a proven track record of using contemporary learning delivery modalities to create robust leadership development, talent management, and diversity, equity & inclusion learning programs. Grant holds a Master of Education in Open, Digital, and Distance Education from Athabasca University, a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Mount Saint Vincent University, a Certificate in Adult Education from Dalhousie University, and a Certificate in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University.
