A workforce analytics (WFA) project with Big Data initiatives requires support and buy-in from the entire organization. To gain this support, a strong business case and strategy must be developed. This template can be used to help the project leader:
- Explain which WFA category will be targeted and the business and HR issues or needs it will address.
- Communicate assumptions, scope, and resources that are included in the business case (which is related to the organization's prioritization category).
- Display quantitative and qualitative cost/benefit analysis in order to show the value of the project to the organization's bottom line.
A strategy is necessary – this is the final deliverable of the storyboard that combines the outputs of all past tools and templates.
