The manager training deck will equip managers with the knowledge and skills they need to help engage employees in the modern performance appraisal (PA) process.
The training deck is designed to be delivered in a 3-3.5 hour training session and will cover:
- Why the change was made.
- What the modern PA framework is.
- Exercises and activities on assessing competencies, generating goal setting and development initiatives, providing feedback and coaching advice, assessing overall performance using the updated performance rating scale.
