This tool is used throughout the flexible work arrangement (FWA) project to help determine your readiness for the FWA project, aid in the selection of FWA options, and help you to track costs and prepare for the project.
This tool has three main parts:
- The Readiness Assessment, which assesses the readiness of your organization to undergo an FWA implementation based on four main categories.
- The Options Analysis, which uses questions answered about your organization to create a shortlist of best-fit FWA options that apply to you.
- The Feasibility Analysis, which allows you to uncover the scope and costs of the options you have selected to ensure that the program is feasible for your organization.
