This repository is an example of what can be done with information collected while completing a job redesign. Examples are provided for:

- Consolidating information for accurate job review.
- Cluster assignment to individual jobs.
- Succession planning.
This tool is currently in use by the IT Director of a professional services firm, which has proven to be instrumental in organizing and leveraging information collected while conducting a job redesign project.
