A course calendar is an effective tool for listing and describing the elements in your management development program portfolio, which potential learners can then consult. Each program/course description offers a summary of the subject coverage and delivery method used (e.g. e-learning module, classroom session). This tool will help you organize the program offerings in your course calendar according to skill grouping.

Use the Management Course Calendar to document:

  • Program and course descriptions, by capability area.
  • Planned delivery dates and time frames for each program or course.
  • Instructors recruited to deliver the content.
  • People to contact for more information.

This tool will also make organization around delivery dates much more possible, but this makes narrowing in on specific skill development options more difficult for the learner.
