The Maintenance Technician is responsible for all aspects of routine and emergency maintenance operations and repairs. This includes performing a wide range of routine, preventative, and other scheduled property maintenance tasks, as well as emergency repairs. Specific tasks include painting, welding, carpentry, equipment installations, electric repairs, plumbing, and other tasks as required. The Maintenance Technician is also required to maintain detailed records of all maintenance operations.
