Head of Learning and Development

The Head of Learning and Development (HLD) is responsible for enhancing the talent pool of Human Resources (HR) within the organization. The HLD will have experience in the design and implementation of learning and development programs, knowledge of learning theories, and a strong knowledge of business practices alongside leadership ability. The individual in this role will oversee the roll-out of initiatives to develop the knowledge and skills of employees, support organizational objectives, and participate in the development of strategies across all levels of the organization.
