The Employee Relations Manager represents the organizational voice in labor disputes, negotiations, resolution process, and other relationships with employee organizations. This involves job evaluations, creating and maintaining contract agreements and policies, enforcing and interpreting legal and compliance regulations, and overseeing staffing strategies. The Employee Relations Manager provides advice to executives, department managers, and employees regarding the interpretation and implementation of laws and agreements. The Employee Relations Manager may also be required to support teams responsible for compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, and the finance department.
