Reporting to the Executive Director, the Director of Development is responsible for planning, implementing and managing all aspects of organization’s development plan. This includes the development and execution of organization’s overall fundraising strategy, cultivation of existing and prospective funding relationships, and management of all aspects of communications related to fundraising initiatives.
