Employee Value Proposition Scorecard

Use this tool to road test your Employee Value Proposition (EVP) internally and externally to ensure that it is aligned, accurate, aspirational, clear, compelling, comprehensive, and differentiated.

The EVP Scorecard is divided into three tabs:

1. The Internal Assessment tab captures the focus group's assessment of your EVP.
2. The External Assessment tab captures the external target talent group's assessment of your EVP.
3. The Results tab provides you with graphs illustrating the strength of your EVP against internal (aligned, accurate, aspirational, differentiated) and external (clear, compelling, comprehensive, differentiated) criteria.
