The assessment asks a series of questions reflective of the characteristics, or tenets, of a dynamic learning mindset (DLM). Results of the assessment will indicate whether the individual's mindset is trending toward a static mindset, trending toward a DLM, or trending somewhere in between.

This assessment can be used:

  • By individuals completing a DLM project, to understand where their own mindsets lie in order to better complete the project for the organization.
  • By employees that will be participating in DLM training. The assessment will be a tool to help employees identify their strengths and development areas for growth.
  • As a tool to help measure improvement of an individual's DLM after DLM planning and training has been implemented.

Guidance and recommendations for employees and managers are provided based on the score, and can be used to focus development efforts toward growing a DLM.
