Director of Recruitment

The Director of Recruitment is responsible for overseeing the recruitment function of the organization. This role contributes to the success of the organization through participating in the development of business and recruitment strategy, implementing the strategy, and ensuring that quality talent is being input at all levels of the organization. The Director of Recruitment will bring proven expertise, leadership, and guidance to the department and oversee the full recruitment life cycle from sourcing to selection.
