Reni Balasingham is a Senior HR Consulting Analyst at McLean & Company. Reni is a results-driven individual with a passion for a wide range of HR related matters, who is focused on developing practical solutions for our members.

Reni has four years of experience in HR in the hospitality industry with a focus on talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and health and safety. She has successfully approached HR creatively, turning any hurdles into innovative solutions. Her contribution involved creating unique approaches to meet heavy recruitment levels, and retain and motivate staff.

As a graduate of the MBA program at Wilfrid Laurier University, Reni is skilled in organizational decision making and strategic thinking. Reni holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, with a major in Human Resources and a minor in Business Law, from Ryerson University.
