About Me

Ally O’Neill is a Consulting Analyst within McLean & Company’s Organizational Effectiveness team. She plans, manages, and delivers the 360 Degree Feedback Program, along with diagnostic programs that assist clients with improving employee engagement. Ally works closely with McLean & Company members to provide meaningful insights on both employee engagement and development. She has a comprehensive understanding of human resources and the impact that data has on organizational performance.

Prior to joining McLean & Company, Ally worked as a Recruitment Coordinator for a Toronto-based recruiting firm where she sourced and screened talent to fill numerous roles, from temporary workers to corporate vice presidents. She also has a background in the financial industry where she held a number of roles focused on client relations and personal banking.

Ally is currently working towards her Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designation. She earned her graduate certificate in Human Resources Management from George Brown College shortly after completing her Honours Bachelor of Health Science at Western University.
